NY3051 series intelligent differential pressure/pressure transmitters are intelligent field instruments in line with HART protocol. Adopt imported diaphragm on design by using microprocessor with HART communication circuit, can be with any supports HART communication protocol of PC software or accord with HART communication protocol of 475 hands two-way communication operator, with five intelligent digital LCD display, can be the scene shows the differential/pressure value, the output current value and output percent value, Debugging is very convenient, realize the digital and intelligent functions of the transmitter, and compatible with the traditional 4~ 20mA analog output signal, so as not to change the control system can realize and analog table exchange.
working principle
NY3051 series intelligent differential pressure/pressure transmitters have a sensing component with variable capacitance, called the "5" chamber (see figure below). The process pressure is transmitted to the center diaphragm of the "5" chamber through the isolation diaphragm on both sides of the "5" chamber and the filling fluid. The central diaphragm is a elastic element, which produces a deformation displacement corresponding to the pressure difference between the two sides acting on it, and this displacement is transformed into a differential capacitance formed on the capacitance plate. Conversion of a poor capacitor into a standard output signal by an electronic circuit.
