NT-93420 temperature transmitter is an instrument that converts temperature variable into standard output signal. It is mainly used for the measurement and control of temperature parameter in industrial process. It consists of two parts, a sensor and a signal converter. The sensor is composed of thermocouple or thermal resistance. The signal converter is mainly composed of measurement unit, signal processing and conversion unit. Some transmitters have display units, and some have the field bus function, that converts physical measurement signals or ordinary electrical signals into standard electrical signals for output in the form of communication protocols.
NT-93420 temperature transmitter uses thermocouples and thermal resistors as temperature measuring elements. The output signals from the temperature measuring elements are sent to the transmitter module. After voltage stabilization filtering, operational amplification, nonlinear correction, V/I conversion, constant current, reverse protection and other circuit processing, they are converted into 4~20mA 0-5V/0-10V current signals which are linear with temperature, or output the signal with RS485 protocol.
